✓ 30 Days Return After Receiving The Package(without quality issue)
GoVoce always aims for the highest customer satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with our products, we accept returns without quality problems within 30 days after your receive the package. Since it is not a quality problem, the consumer must afford the return shipping fee. We will refund the full payment of the product price within 3 working days after receiving the goods.

- After we accept your request, then you can start to arrange the shipment.
- Please package well to make sure that the product can be sell again after we receive the package. Or we will charge some fees about the damage.
- Please attach a note with your order number, name and reason for return in the package.
- After the shipment, please send us the tracking number, order number and Paypal account by mail to us. And wait for the package arrived.
- Once we receive the package and confirm , we will refund.

All products purchased from our website are backed by a 1-year warranty. The period begins 1 year from the date of receiving the product. During this period, if the product is not damaged by human error, we can send you a new product for free or a replacement for the broken part. If the damage is caused by the consumer himself, we will not handle it. The period of validity is 1 year.
